Only one discount code can be used per order, including wedding stationery quantity discounts.

Delivery is to UK addresses only, unless you have contacted The Leaf Press prior to ordering to arrange delivery to an address outside the UK.

Each item is made to order, but unless otherwise advised will be dispatched within 3 working days. 

The majority of items sent by The Leaf Press will fit through a letterbox.  For large wedding stationery orders I will contact you to arrange a convenient delivery date and address.

All items are sent using Royal Mail’s standard first class post service, for which I always obtain proof of posting.  Please allow up to 5 days from the date of dispatch for receipt of your item but contact me if it does not arrive in this time. 

The Leaf Press endeavours to produce stationery that you will be pleased with.  If however, you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact me immediately by telephone or e-mail.  You can return non-personalised purchases within 7 days of receipt but must advise me that you are doing so prior to posting them back. Personalised items cannot be returned unless there is a fault.  Items must be returned in the condition they were received in and you are responsible for return postage costs unless there is a fault with an item.  A full refund, including initial postage (and return postage if a fault is found with an item), will be issued as soon as the item has been received back and inspected.

Your personal details are only collected in order to create your purchase and send your order.  The Leaf Press very occasionally sends offers and details of new products by e-mail but will never pass your details to a third party.  Please let me know via email if you do not wish to be contacted by The Leaf Press after you have made a purchase.
